练习感悟：

当不能坚持的时候，看到早起读英语的人，看到睡前读英语的人，看到时刻都有人读英语，心理压力是很大的。这都是在提醒我：很多人，都在我看不到的地方，默默努力；我不努力，只会落后，最终被淘汰。谢谢这些努力的人！
