Reflect

    Maybe I should consider pause everyday's  exercise,especially runs,the weather was still more hot,I still more tire,and also was already runing three more years,that didn't have rest for one day while,maybe already are the right times should have change,recently I still persuade myself accept the change,this is the normalcy in the life  more and more,but I don't know tomorrow isn't have to do?

  暗夜里热得燥，想想马上还有很大的支出，结合当下的情形，还是很不匹配，也许就会突然间脆弱到土崩瓦解，但依然得坚信自己能做到一切会好起来。
