Compare Partmaster company culture with ICBC, I found a lot of difference.

At first, I very embarrassed to call CEO's  name. In China, we usually call the leader's  title. But in kiwi culture, everyone just call  each other name.

Later, I found CEO often come to our  warehouse working with us. He do all of the hard  job that like our work mate.

Shortly, I felt no distance between us.

After I worked in warehouse one week, I  saw two big guys around fifty years old cleaning the drainage in out side.

By morning tea break, I went to outside, one guy came to me and very friendly greeting and shaking hands with me.

I think that they are plumbing workers. Then our supervisor told me that his name is  Steve,  director of the company, and another is Phillip, his brother. They are  owners.

As professional CEO, Landsay run the company business, the owner normally do not join the company management, they  often come to do some maintenance.

There are no hierarchy, to do all the hard jobs,  which is the culture that I have learned.

起初，我很不好意思叫CEO的名字。但是在新西兰文化中，每个人都只是互相称呼名字。

后来，我发现CEO经常来我们仓库和我们一起工作。

不久，我觉得我们之间没有距离。

在仓库工作了一个星期后，我看到两个五十岁左右的大个子在清理外面的排水沟。

到了早茶休息时间，我走到外面，一个人走到我面前，非常友好地和我打招呼和握手。

然后，我们的主管告诉我，他的名字是史蒂夫，该公司的董事，另一个是菲利普，他的兄弟。

作为专业的CEO，兰赛经营着公司的业务，业主通常不加入公司管理层，他们经常来做一些维护。

没有等级之分，去做所有艰苦的工作，这是我学到的文化。
