how can we comment on a person as a good leader?there are many standard.And there are many types of leaders.my current leader  is a person i admire.he is a careful thinker,And for us,he is really a helper.At first,i thought he was serious,but gradually i find he is really humorous.as for any policy changes,he is always keeping calm,And he knows how to encourage the team to adapt to the new environment.And he is open-minded and experienced,he can give us much suggestion. what's more,he still has much passion even if he have worked for a long time.i am luck that i can be his student.
