解决方案
删除xubuntu-desktop自带的numix主题，然后再重新安装numix.
sudo rm -rf /usr/share/themes/Numix
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:numix/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install numix-gtk-theme numix-icon-theme numix-icon-theme-circle
然后从Xfce-theme-manager中选择Numix主题即可。
