第1天营养早餐
如果你所选择的食物不能够提供充足的营养,
就意味着细胞只能够眼睁睁地死亡,
这是没有任何商量余地的,
细胞的食物就是那些营养素:
蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、矿物质、膳食纤维、碳水化合物和水。
