一、run cell tracking的code
Run `cell_segmentation/main.py` for a non-recurrent version (untested) and `cell_tracking/main.py` for the recurrent version of the network.
cell_tracking/main.py`的位置：
bin/experiments/instance_segmentation/cell_tracking/main.py
还是在后台运行进程吧。
命令行为：
nohup python main.py &
model saved in
/media1/experiments/cell_tracking/miccai2018/DIC-C2DH-HeLa/2019-06-12_12-17-58/weights/model-40000
