题目：Automatic change detection of buildings in urban environment from very high spatial resolution images using existing geodatabase and prior knowledge，2009 【题目太长了，个人认为不好】

处理数据是超清图像very high spatial resolution images (VHSR),【文章创新点】
首先，建立了building和non-building 的knowledge base，我理解也就是获取buildings的先验知识。构造变化检测规则，检测到了变化，再次强化building的先验知识。
然后，分割图像，得到image patch。
根据knowledge base 处理image patch,定位出change of buildings 在image patch中。
根据变化检测规则，最终确定出change of building.
【不足】：不能得到变化的shape。
