In my opinion, a good speech can bring the audiences great gain whenever in the workplace or other public occasion. An inspiring speech not only let audiences gain more positive attitude, but also the lector self is also very beneficial. However, how does a lector make an exciting speech? The following advices can be referred for a new lector.

First, the lector should be confidence of the speech. In most cases, only the lector’s confidence and liberality can infect the audiences, let the audiences’ attentions focus on the lectors’ contents. Otherwise, a lector, who lack confidence, let the audiences lose interest in the following process of the speech.

Second, making an exciting speech must depend on the excellent contents. The lector must prepare for the contents carefully. Only if the contents are enough to attract the audiences, the lector can ensure the speech’s splendidness. A great content is a fundamental factor whether the speech is wonderful.

Third, during the speech, the lector’s voice must have been trained how to keep a right tone of voice. In this way, the words with infection will be easy to make the audience’s heart into the role. If the lector can keep a good vocal variety, the audiences continue to listen to the speech with encouraging heart.

Besides, the lector must be good at leading the audience to interact and adjust atmosphere on the spot. Don’t just speak alone and ignore the communication with the audients. If the speech lack interaction, the audiences must feel boring and can’t pay more attention to the speech with whole heart.
