xcode打包上传成功,但是构建版本之后不显示

由于appstore在iOS 13之后修改了审核规则，需要在Plist 文件中 新增 NSBluetoothAlwaysUsageDescription 而不是 Privacy - Bluetooth Always Usage Description .
