番茄芝士和香肠卷

番茄芝士
配方同之前,加入200克老面
1,把面分成60克一份,收圆静置松弛15分钟!(面不能收的太紧,影响它看烤好后的效果)
2,把面排气,轻轻拍打,拍成中间厚,周围薄的圆饼,包入肉松(15克肉松)收紧底部(中间一定不能太薄,否则烤好后面包容易塌)
3,放入蛋糕纸托!入发酵箱发酵70分钟!

4,发酵好后,拿出放上切好的番茄片,再放一片芝士,让后装饰沙拉酱!

5,入烤箱!上火210,下火170,12分钟!

香肠卷
1,把面分成60克一份!收圆后松弛!
2,然后把面擀成长方形,卷成细长条放置一会,再依次搓成长条,粗细要均匀!缠在香肠上,五圈!结尾处塞进面里!
