5. Clock Speed(时钟频率/速度)     16 MHz

In a computer（电脑）, clock speed refers to the number of pulses(脉冲) per second generated by（由...产生） an oscillator（晶振） that sets the tempo（速度/频率） for the processor（处理器）.

Clock speed is usually measured in （用...来度量）MHz (megahertz, or millions of pulses per second每秒几百万次) or GHz (gigahertz, or billions of pulses per second每秒n个10亿次).

The clock speed is determined by a quartz-crystal circuit（石英晶体电路）, similar to（类似） those used in radio communications equipment（无线电通讯设备）.
