Fixed a bug, and made new one

Yesterday, a colleague from the finance department asked me to correct a mistake. She found the issue while calculating the salaries of our company's employees. I'm in charge of maintaining the module of our OA system and supporting its users. So all problems will come to me eventually.

As I remember, I made some change in source code to achieve one of their requirements before, may be I wrote something wrong. So today I checked the problem immediately when I came into the office.

Yes, there was a mistake in my source code. I fixed it, the work is done. I hated the situation, to fix a bug and then make a new one, but I can’t always avoid it.
