矩阵题目

1. 输出对角线上半个矩阵都是1的矩阵

上半个矩阵是1,通过i < j的条件可以取到所有1的点,其他都是0

2.输出沙漏型hourglass矩阵

沙漏中是1,沙漏外是0

硬着数,
每一行分成三份,n是奇数odd number or偶数 even number要分情况讨论,上半个矩阵和下半个矩阵是相反的情况讨论
