Should salary be the first priority for job hunting?
Salary
Who would say no to money? Money is the foundation of everything! We love money, absolutely. When you get rich, you can buy almost everything and people will look up to you, while poverty brings all kinds of dilemma. But only focusing on salary seems unwise when considering a job offer. Maybe for the fresh graduates without a clear career goal, it is fine to make the decision by only looking at money for a short term. Once they know better about themselves on what to achieve in the future and the ideal company they want to work for, it is time for long-term thinking.
completely disagree
- choose a job based on long-term career goal;
- choose a job working best for you, such as peers relationship, culture...
negative impact
- not happy working hours because of boring tasks and indifferent peers;
- no promotion for a long time;
