What can we get from work

People work, especially for young people. But, what can we get from work? What is actual reason of people working? I keep thinking.

We can get salary from work. Yes, sure! No work, no salary. Normally, we get salary from work based on our own capability.

We can get acknowledge or achievements from work. May be, but may be not. Not all people will get achievements from work, because some work is no achievements at all, so it depends on work scopes.

What is most important for us? Standing on my own point, improvement myself is most important for me. If I cannot improve myself from the work, I will not take it.

Sometimes, I am thinking what if I start my own business? Yes, same situation here. Besides money, what I can get from work? Free working time, and improvements.

Work, is not just meaning work at office and working for others. But, do mean, use my own capabilities to establish or start something.
