We often confuse happiness with getting what we want, fulfilling our dreams and reaching our goals.

We think we will be very happy the day we have this or that, because it is what we long for with all our strength, and our life seems pointless without that something that is not in our hands.

我们经常困惑于幸福是不是得到想要的，是不是实现梦想，是不是达到目标。

我们以为只要拥有一切就会幸福，因为那是我们竭尽全力追求的。如果我们手上没有东西，那么我们的生活就毫无意义。
