昨天的夜跑，因为突然到来的暴雨而中止，今天再次起航，按照原来的计划好了，相当于一圈，因为中间遇到了红绿灯，又多加了一段路。总共1公里，跑步用时总共计划的是一共2公里，跑步用时不算多，但是跑完之后休息，走着休息的时间，两个几乎接近了，肺活量有待提高啊！
