Someone thinks that the important qualities of university students are highly-motivated, hard-working and intelligent, but I tend to think that honesty, responsibility and surefooted attitude are vital for them.

First, I’d like to explain honesty’s important. After students enter college, some of them think that they don’t have to take more time to learn the subjects as well as high school. So long as they could make effort just before examinations, they could pass the test. Even, a few students still copy from others in the state exam. An old saying is good that there is no royal road to success. Frankly, if you want to get a high social position, honest attitude is more essential for them.

Mentioning about university students’ responsibility, there is an important reminding for them. After going to college, some students work part-time to gain some experiences or earn money for reducing the burden of family. They are active in the student union, in the public community or other organizations and so on. This phenomenon was positive. However, with time, some of them only work per what they want to do without following the rules, not to mention their original promise to interviewer. Their negative behaviors inevitably result in harmful comment, accordingly, other students looking for a job will be influenced. Thus, every student must have a strong responsibility to do everything. In this way, “University students” nickname would be sustained.

Finally, I’d like to talk about surefooted attitude. Frequently, when many new graduates are facing to look for a new job, the resolution exceeds actual capacity. This situation often causes another that they frequently change the job or they dislike working due to mismatched personal values. In this case, having a surefooted attitude is essential. Only then can they gain rich experience to serve the higher resolution.
