• The paper about process mining that I read this week
Zhao wei dong, Liu hai tao.,the application of process mining in process optimization,computer integrated manufacturing systems[J] 2014,20(10):2632-2643.
This paper summarizes the application results of process mining in process optimization in recent years, introduces the method to improve business process that uses process mining through the aspect of flow structure、organization structure、resource allocation and anomaly detection. In the aspect of flow structure, process mining could for bottleneck analysis、loop structure analysis、decision point analysis and frequent pattern discovery. In the aspect of organization structure, process mining could promote resource cooperation、adjust organization structure、Promote inter-organizational collaboration. In the aspect of resource allocation, process mining could mining resource allocation rules and Reasonable allocation resources. In the aspect of anomaly detection, process mining could for detection that based on business rules and detection that based on organization view rules.
This paper also point out the future development direction of process mining, as fellow ,dynamic process optimization、real time process optimization and inter-organization process optimization.
