第一步

找到项目里面的文件夹, 右键选择 convert to group ,如图

第二步

1. 右键点击项目名字, show in finder

2. 右键 xxx.xcodeproj 文件, 显示包内容

3. 双击xxx. pbxproj文件打开

4. 找到一行 objectVersion = 77 (你的可能不是77, 不管是多少, 都改成56)

第三步

关闭项目, 重新去终端, 去pod init , 大功告成‼️
