1. I am sure you’ve all been to a museum where you’ve seen beautiful white marble statues sculpted by the Greeks or Romans or at least that you’ve seen photos of such that use right?

2. We’ve come to expect these classical Greek and Roman status to be monochrome,just one color,white skin,white hair,white eyes,white everything the natural color of the marble they’ve come from.

3. Even if an ancient marble statue doesn't have any visible traces of paint, that does not mean it was originally monochrome. In many cases, the pigment would've simply deteriorated.

4. It's now generally accepted that most, maybe even all marble sculptures from that time period receive some kind of surface treatment, like the application of pigments, colored stones or metals that would've modified their color.

5. Because you can already begin to see there was cultural importance associated with the colors. Symbolism would help us to understand the status better.

6. A major cause of climate change is the rapid rise in the level of the co2 in the atmosphere over the last century.

7. The predominant style of management will almost certainly become more consultative and collaborative,caused above all,by more women moving into senior management positions.

8. But we shouldn’t overlook the growing financial contribution of IP,that is,intellectual property,some books and films generated enormous sounds from the sale of DVDs,music,games,cloths and so on.

9. Another point I’d like to make is that although I’ve been talking about companies,one trend that we have to face is the move-away from people working for the same employer for years.

10. Another influence is that concerns about the environment will force manufactures to extend products life cycles to reduce the amount of pollution and waste,and in some cases,regulation will need to be strengthened.
