android沉浸式状态栏实现

项目中遇到两种情况：

1. statusbar 和toolbar 颜色保持一致
   效果如下：

2. 页面顶部是一个图片，整个页面上下滑动statusbar 和 toolbar颜色由透明到特定颜色的渐变效果。
   效果如下：
