为进一步提升学校师生应对校内外突发事故的应变能力，增强安全防范意识，近日，华美外国语学校分别开展了“反恐防爆”应急演练及校车安全应急疏散演练活动。

Recently, Huamei Foreign Language School has carried out "anti-terrorism and explosion" emergency drills and school bus safety emergency evacuation drills.

在正式演练之前，学校后勤部主任陈招场针对两场演练活动，分别召开了两次培训会议，对各位工作人员在演练中的岗位职责分工及注意事项进行细致讲解；学校安全主任何小军以真实的案例，阐述了演练活动的重要性及必要性，防患于未然。

在各项工作准备就绪之际，华美外国语学校陈泳畯校长宣布安全演练正式开始！

At the time when all the work is ready, Principal Jackie Chen announced the start of the safety drill.

随后，由学校保安模仿的“歹徒”手持刀具跨过学校围栏冲进校园，试图“行凶”。学校安保人员发现异常情况，立即按下校园警报按钮，随即拎起钢叉、盾牌等防护器具，与“歹徒进行搏斗”。

School security guards found abnormal conditions, and they immediately press the campus alarm button.

各班师生在听到警报声后，立即关紧教室门窗，做好应对；操场上的学生们在老师的指挥下立即疏散到可密闭的安全区域，以免“歹徒”有可趁之机。

最终在安保人员的及时拦截下，“歹徒”在冲进校园之际即被制服。

校车安全应急疏散演练

School bus safety emergency evacuation drill

在主持人魏旭涛主任的指令下，校车安全应急疏散演练各项环节有序进行。

Under the instruction of director Wei Xutao, all links of school bus safety emergency evacuation drill were carried out orderly.

首先，校车司机提前站在车辆旁，听到指令后上车拿小铁锤下车，从车的右后方顺时针方向绕车一周，检查轮胎及车辆周围情况。

The school bus driver stands next to the vehicle in advance to check the tires and the surrounding conditions of the vehicle.

随后，司机开启大灯、转换远光灯、雾灯、右转向灯、左转向灯，打开停车指示牌、应急双闪、警灯等，检查车辆灯光及各项警示操作是否正常。

The driver checked whether the vehicle lights and warning operation are normal.

同时，司机检查水箱水位、机油、方向是否正常，并启动车辆，打足气压车看个仪表压力，并将车辆前进一步检查刹车状况。

The driver checked the brake condition.

司机将车辆熄火，拉好手制动，并向车队长报告，由队长签名确认放行。校车司机就位，系好安全带，目视前方等待学生上车。

The school bus driver is in position, fasten the seat belt and look ahead to wait for the students to get on the bus.

跟车老师（安全管理员）清点学生人数，督促和帮助学生系好安全带，提醒学生严禁将头和手伸出窗外。

The security administrator counted the number of students.

一切准备就绪，司机听指令后开始发车。

随后，校车遇突发线路短路起火，司机及时减速开右转向灯，将车辆驶往相对安全的位置靠右停靠，并打开双闪灯，同时熄灭发动机、拉好手制动，迅速打开车门提上灭火器，跑到起火点做灭火处理。

The driver quickly opened the door, put on the fire extinguisher, and ran to put out the fire.

同时，跟车老师（安全管理员）迅速拿上三角牌，放在车后50—70米处（因场地有限现场放在最远处），并迅速回到车门右方疏导学生。另一位跟车老师（安全管理员）立即在车上大声安抚并提醒学生不要惊慌，告诉学生迅速解开安全带，并随即打开后安全门指引学生拉链式快速下车。

确认车上无遗漏学生后，跟车老师（安全管理员）将学生带队安全地带，并清点人数。

The teacher led the students to safety zone.

最后，陈校长宣布演练结束，并告诫全体师生要以此次演练为契机，牢固树立“安全第一”的意识。

Principal Jackie Chen announced the end of the drill and warned all teachers and students to take this exercise as an opportunity to firmly establish the awareness of "safety first".

安全应急演练活动，不仅让全体教师树立了责任意识和岗位联动联防意识，让孩子们掌握基本的逃生方法和防护技巧，进一步增强师生的安全意识，提高自护自救的能力，更检验了学校处置突发事件的应变能力。希望在大家的共同努力下，为校园安全守护出“一片净土”，为师生们的安全保驾护航。
