大家好,今天和大家推荐的杂志是Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology (IF=5.122),虽然名字有一些偏向生物工程和生物技术方向的了,但是你们知道的Frontiers系列对文章的scope还是比较宽容的。毕竟作为一个以Open Access为核心的盈利性学术出版集团。
IFFrontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology杂志官方列的10个category下面是杂志官方列的10个category,但是笔者观察从2019年7月开始就陆陆续续有一些Bioinformatics and Computational Biology的文章发表,也就是我们比较常见到的那些生信的文章。

从上面的文章我们可以看到最快被接受的文章仅为25天,笔者看了一下其他文章,也都是非常快的,所以有其他生物工程方向的文章, 比如说机器学习或者是深度学习的文章,以医学影像或者是病理图像为研究素材的项目也是可以考虑投在这个杂志的,这个杂志最近也有一篇文章就是挖掘的TCGA的病理图像做的深度学习。
