#T4 - Unless & Passion

I want to discuss with you this afternoon why you are going to fail to have a great career...

Goodness, you're all cheery about failing.. Canadian group, undoubtedly,

'unless', the most evocative of all English words ... also attached to that other, most terrifying phrase, 'if only I had'.

So, those are the many reasons why you are going to fail to have a great career, unless...

UNLESS.

Why you will fail to have a great job?

- Because you keep making excuses not to pursue you passion.

    a) You might not even look for it.

        i.    I don't have the luck to find it. - lazy, afraid to try

        ii.    I'm not (as weird as) a genius. -'completely competent' is not enough nowadays

        iii.  I'm happy with a 'good' job, and if I work hard I might turn it into a 'great' job. -NOT

    b) You settle with an 'interest' instead of 'passion'.

        interest  passion -> 'Marry me, you are 'INTERESTING' ???

    c) You find passion but use 'family' as a shield.

        Q: What if your kid come to you with his/her 'magician' dream?

            A. I had a dream once too, but I was afraid to pursue it.

            B. I had a dream once too, but then... you were born. (lol)

            C. Go for it kid, just like I did. -- if only I had done it.

Therefore, you will fail to have a great job, unless...

从丧气冲天的开头到鸡汤满满的结尾，不变的配方是大叔一本正经讲笑话，严肃不失活泼。
