下图分别是2017年度中国和全球每10万人死于各个疾病的百分比变化,黄色画圈处代表的是阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's Disease,老年痴呆)。据统计,每三秒钟就会出现一例新的痴呆病(dementia),医疗水平越来越发达,而发病总数却仍然在逐年上涨中!
临床上我们人为定义的痴呆症的类型已高达100余种,而我们耳熟能详的阿尔茨海默症(AD)是最常见的一种,占所有痴呆症的50%-60%,其他类型的痴呆包括血管性痴呆、路易小体痴呆、额颞痴呆等等。对痴呆属于进行性脑退行性病变综合征,它影响着我们的记忆、思维、行为和情绪,这也是部分老年人丧失生活自理能力和依赖生活的主要原因,甚至死亡。虽然每个发病的人都会以各自不同的方式经历痴呆症,但最终都会无法照顾自己。

阿尔兹海默症的10大征兆10 Warning signs
Dementia affects everyone differently but there are some common warning signs. Try this interactive by answering ‘Yes’ and “No’ to the questions. It is not a test for dementia, but if you are worried you should talk to your doctor and seek out more information.
1.记忆力衰退或遗忘Declining memory, especially short-term memory, is the most common early symptom of dementia . People with ordinary forgetfulness can still remember other facts associated with the thing they have forgotten. For example, they may briefly forget their neighbor's name but they still know the person they are talking to is their neighbor. A person with dementia will not only forget their neighbor's name but also the context.
2.不能完成熟悉的工作People with dementia often find it hard to complete everyday tasks that are so familiar we usually do not think about how to do them. A person with dementia may not know in what order to put clothes on or the steps for preparing a meal.
3.语言表达出现障碍Occasionally everyone has trouble finding the right word, but a person with dementia often forgets simple words or substitutes unusual words, making speech or writing hard to understand.
4.错乱时间或地点We sometimes forget the day of the week or where we are going, but people with dementia can become lost in familiar places such as the road they live on, forget where they are or how they got there, and not know how to get back home. A person with dementia may also confuse night and day.
5.判断力减弱People with dementia may dress inappropriately, wearing several layers of clothes on a warm day or very few on a cold day.
6.理解能力降低A person with dementia may find it difficult to follow a conversation or keep up with paying their bills.
7.将物品或钱错放在不恰当的位置Anyone can temporarily misplace his or her wallet or keys. A person with dementia may put things in unusual places such as an iron in the fridge or a wristwatch in the sugar bowl.
8.情绪或行为改变Everyone can become sad or moody from time to time. A person with dementia may become unusually emotional and experience rapid mood swings for no apparent reason. Alternatively, a person with dementia may show less emotion than was usual previously.
9.认知能力降低Image problems are different from typical age-related problems, such as cataracts. People with dementia can have difficulty in reading, judging distances, and in determining color or contrast.
10.对生活和工作丧失兴趣At times everyone can become tired of housework, business activities, or social obligations. However, a person with dementia may become very passive, sitting in front of the television for hours, sleeping more than usual, or appear to lose interest in hobbies.

在还能记得很多的时候去做自己想做的事情并去记录,每天给自己写便签以便未来提醒自己,陪生病的人去回忆过去那些还存在在记忆里的人事物,教他们去记录过去和当下正在发生的点滴美好,带他们去做他们过去或当下喜欢的事情,倾听他们说过了几百遍的故事,陪他们听音乐,反复的告诉他们哪些能做哪些不能做,教他们认识什么是危险的什么是安全的,让自己保持干净整洁体面……我们可以自己去做,我们也可以去链接外部,比如中国老年保健协会阿尔茨海默病分会(ADC),常常帮助他人,也常常帮助自己!
除此之外,健康饮食、规律作息、适当运动、营养均衡、保持快乐需要我们共同的努力!
