I'm a visitor to San Francisco and I'm writing to request a refund.
I used Uber to order a shared ride yesterday afternoon. The fare estimate was six dollars. Since my Uber app didn't respond properly, I phoned the driver Daniel and he confirmed my shared ride order was taken. However, I found out I was charged 15 dollars instead of six after I got off.
My Uber-associated email is go_phenomenal_english@gmail.com. Please check it out. I would appreciate it if you can refund the difference of 9 dollars.

I made an Uber shared ride request yesterday afternoon. The fare estimate was $6. As my Uber app interface didn't show "request confirmed" or a similar notification, I phoned the driver Daniel to double-check first that he confirmed my request, and second it's a shared ride. However, I found out I was charged $15 instead of $6 after I got off.
Enclosed/attached is the E-receipt. I'd like to request a refund of the overcharged portion, i.e. $9. Thank you for your attention. I'm looking forward to your reply.
