外贸工作的自我介绍有这么难吗？

All the foreign trade friends must know that the proficiency in oral English can distribute to enter the industry with some advantage. And it needs a professional and confident English self-introduction to show this advantage. Then, how can we make the self-introduction. Let me tell you. 为什么要做自我介绍 Why do we need self-introduction?

很多面试者没有搞清楚，简历上其实已经有了很清晰详细的面试者简介经历了，为什么还要做自我介绍？或者就简单认为就是要考察面试者的语言表达能力，于是乎就从简历中随机抽取了部分个人经历，或者选取自己表达起来比较得心应手的内容表述出来。但其实，自我介绍除了能看出一个人的语言表达能力外，还能体现面试者的逻辑思维能力、总结概括能力、现场把控能力个人的综合素质，另外，还能验证简历上内容是否真实。但是，有的面试者在面试官问到一些问题的时候，却会以“简历上都写了的”作为答案，回答面试官，不仅不礼貌，更是不懂变通的体现，让面试官对你的印象大打折扣。
Many interviewees are confused that why they are required to make self-introduction, while the profiles and experience of them has been written clearly in the resume. Or some would simply think it's used to examine the language competence of interviewees, so they draw partial personal experience randomly from the resume or just take some easy-handling contents to express. Actually, we can see from the self-introduction not only the language competence but also the comprehensive quality which are logical thinking ability, summary ability and site control ability. Additionally, it can check whether the resume is true or not. But some interviewees would answer that this is written in the resume when asked by interviewers. 在自我介绍的过程中，要合理安排介绍内容和时间。一般来说，应采用简单直接的开场白，在与面试官打招呼问好之后，开始自我介绍，包括自身的教育背景、工作经历（如果太多，就选取2-3个有代表性，并且与面试岗位有关的经历即可，且内容不宜过长）、自身的优势（与应聘岗位有关的）、工作目标……简单来说，就是，你是谁、你做了什么、你能做什么、你想做什么，内容围绕应聘岗位展开。介绍内容要充实，有逻辑，避免头重脚轻或过分啰嗦。时间最好控制在2分钟左右。
When making self-introduction, arrange the contents and time reasonable. General speaking adapt the simple and direct prologue and greet the interviewers before making self-introduction which consists of education background and working experiences, personal advantages related to the job and target job. If the working experience is too much, then select two or three representatives linked to the job you apply, and the content should not be too long. Briefly, that is who you are, what you have done, what you can do, and what you want to do. And all the contents should be substantial, logical and be relevant about the job or position. Avoid too much information in the head and the time should be limited about 2 minutes.

Self-introduction is the first chance in the whole process of interview to show you; even at most of times it would be the only chance. The key to seize the chance is whether you make preparation in advance or not. The chance is here and you are the only one that can help yourself.
