点咖啡
在咖啡店一般店员会先简单问候你：Next please/ I can help here...how are you today? 你则可以简单回答， Very good, thanks, and you? (what about you?) 对方则会简单回答 I’m very good thank you, now what can I get you? 这是一个完整的对话，有的时候也不一定非要进行完整的对话。你也可以在说完Very good thanks之后开始点咖啡。简单地接一个uhmmmm，就可以开始了。
如果对方没问候，就是直接，hi，那么你就直接说hi，然后开始点单。
一般在咖啡馆这样比较随意的场合，用Can I get a/ Can I have a...
点咖啡的顺序：杯子大小+烘焙程度+几个奶几个糖
举例： Medium (size)+dark roast+ one milk, one sugar
Extra large, large, medium, small, extra small
Medium roast, dark roast, light roast
Medium dark roast double double （经典）

What kind of bread do you want?你需要什么类型的面包列? 首先你需要告诉对方你需要什么尺寸的面包，和点咖啡一样，一个科学的逻辑顺序哦。
Subway的面包分为两种尺寸，1 foot long的面包，注意，1 foot不是一脚长的面包，而是的1英尺长,等于12英寸，另一种则是6 inch，6英寸的一半长的面包。尺寸在简单来说，可以简化为small和long，这样一般也能被听懂。
接下来你需要说是什么品种的面包，在subway面包被分为好几种：italian(意大利白面包)，honey oat(蜂蜜燕麦)，9-grain wheat(全麦)，具体你可以参看点餐柜子上的图片和相关名称，指给店员看都可以。
（所以总结步骤一，选面包，尺寸+品种。如果是一般的餐馆，不是专门做三明治的，没有那么多选择余地，尺寸没得选，顶多就是种类会问你 white or brown?白面包还是全麦？那么你就直接回答其中一种就是了，注意尽量多在结尾处加please，国人比较容易忘记西方式的礼貌。）
回到subway的场景，当店员问你，What bread? 回答:Can I get a 6 inch, honey oat，please？
Any meat? 点肉。
肉有冷食和熟食两种:Turkey 火鸡肉，Ham 火腿, Salami 义大利腌肉香肠, Roasted Beef 烤牛肉,Tuna 鲔鱼,Sea Food 海鲜, Chicken 鸡胸肉Steak 牛排Bacon 培根,Meat Ball 肉丸。选择太多，所以当店员问你，any meat要肉吗？你可以直接从冷柜里肉眼指一种，Can I get this?当你不确定是什么肉的时候可以指着某一格，What is this?然后店员会说，this is tuna, this is chicken.然后你肯定地说I’ll have this, or Can I have this?或者指着另一格，说，can I have some turkey please?
Any cheese? cheese的选择也是各种各样，可以肉眼选择，怕胖也可以直接跳过，说No cheese thanks.
点完肉和奶酪，一般地方回问你，Do you want it toasted?需要加热吗？一般我会回答，yes please。不要就是no thanks.加热完后店员会把面包从烤箱拿出来，然后就是点蔬菜的时候啦！
对方会问你要什么菜，问话方式万变不离其宗，只要听见veggatable这个词儿的时候，或者有时候店员索性直接问：lettuce，tomato，cucumber？生菜，番茄大黄瓜?这时候你就可以敞开了点了，肉眼看用手指，嘴里念叨着你会的单词：洋葱Onion，Lettuce、西红柿Tomato、黄瓜Cucumber、青椒Green Pepper、小酸黄瓜Pickles、橄榄Olives、或者简单粗暴地回答：everything please！
Any sause?大家猜猜是在问什么?对了，听见sause酱料，就知道是加大酱的时候了。酱料也是五花八门，保守一点可以选择经典的几种，Mayo蛋黄酱，honey mustard甜芥末，还有chipotle墨西哥辣酱。
（8）Cash out. 最后就是收银的步骤啦，一般收银员会问你一个问题：make it a combo?家套餐吗？或者coke and chips?加可乐和薯片吗，也是经典套餐的一种。你可以回答yes please 或者No thanks.记住，出门在外，要做有礼貌的中国人，多用may I, can I, I’d like to, thanks, and please.
