If we are worked with other members, what would make you unsatisfied with the team members.
First, I had much experience than them. In the problem of the progress, they are newibe and think everything simply.
Second, they had no habits to make a meeting record. And they liked they were customers and design how to do for the clients. They changed the requires which we had agreed yesterday.
Tonight, I controlled my tempers and only listened to what they said. Even though some useless words in the meeting. My style confilct to them. Maybe I was the different.
Compared with the people who has much experience than me, I would be the folly one.
