If you think you haven’t found your passion...
By Derek Sivers

A few times, I’ve been asked a question like,
“But what if I haven’t found my true passion?”

It’s dangerous to think in terms of “passion” and “purpose” because they sound like such huge overwhelming things.
If you think love needs to look like’Romeo and Juliet’, you’ll overlook a great relationship that grows slowly.
因为它们听起来压力山大;

If you think you haven’t found your passion yet,you’re probably expecting it to be overwhelming.
Instead, just notice what excites you and what scares you on a small moment-to-moment level.
If you find yourself diving into a book about programming and playing around with it for hours, go for it! Dive in deeper. Maybe that’s your new calling.
你可能一直期待的是压倒性的事情;
如果你发现自己深陷一本编程书籍,并且在其中情不自禁的玩了数小时;

If you keep thinking about doing something big, and you find the idea terrifies but intrigues you, it’s probably a worthy endeavour for you.
You grow by doing what excites you and what scares you.
For me, my computer was just a curiosity: that little hobby that kept me up until 2 am every night, programming and experimenting.it just grew from there.
对我来说,我的电脑就是我的好奇心;

Persons can grow by doing what excites them and what scares them.
Think carefully, when I grow up, I have been scared and excited several times, but never keep trying. In fact, now I think, if I really do it with my mind at that time, it is likely that I will still give up halfway.
Now, I stand after more than ten years looking myself before, I just want to say to myself in the future, make fewer mistakes, fewer detours, hold on to directions.
