Stay Hydrated during Workout

Drink water

I drank tons of water today, so that I can stay hydrated during a heavy workout tomorrow.

My friend told me that drinking lots of water the day before as well as hours before a heavy workout can help the body retain some water. Of course, drinking plenty of water during workout is very important, too!
