果子九成熟了,准备採摘回来。

把烂李子,虫蛀的选掉。

用清水洗去泥沙。

把李子一个切成三块,要顺着李子骨头切。

用开水烫一滚

铺在篾折子上,在太阳底下晒几天。

把焯了水的李子片晒干。

锅里放入冷水(白糖:水 的比例是2 :1

把糖水烧开。用锅铲不停的搅拌。

直至糖水里面起泡泡。

舀一匀,流下去成絲线一般。
