Fight

Our group grabbed two colleagues from another disbanded group and it was a very fierce fight with other groups to get these two outstanding colleagues. One of them had chosen another group and when my leader got this news, he put aside all his work and set out to get her back by every possible means. We gathered in the office after work and talked about how to change her idea. One colleague in our group is her good friend and he was selected as the first person to persuade her. After a long call, she decided she wouldn’t go to her former choosing group but she didn’t determined whether she would join us. She was more hesitated after this call. Then we quickly thought about other ways to make her more determined. Finally, she agreed to join us after the midnight.

Our leader gathered us after work and welcomed these two colleagues and promised them a very attracting future which made them more determined.
