SKY又被老师投诉了

王老师说SKY上课很容易走神或者做自己的事情，不然拉着其他小朋友一起玩；做手工的时候，节奏也很慢经常要其他小朋友帮忙。老师建议我给SKY转到小班，不要和中班大班的小朋友一起，听他的意思就是SKY不仅拖后腿了还影响到其他小朋友上课了。

Miss Wang Said SKY was distracted easily or did his own things, or pull the other kids playing together.

The cadence is slow when making the handwork,need the other big kids help SKY.

Miss Wang suggest me let SKY go to the primary class, separate from the present class.

That is to say,Sky doesn’t only hold the other students back but also affect the other students having lessons.

针对SKY这些问题，我梳理了下具体原因和接下去的改进方法。

Regarding these questions, I analyse the specific reasons and put forward three improved plans.

①他对课堂内容不感兴趣，对于他喜欢的他可以专注蛮长时间，比如画画1-1.5个小时，走迷宫，他可以一次走完一本迷宫；偶尔他也会自己一个人看绘本。对于这一点，需要老师丰富课堂的趣味性和互动性，有意识地引导孩子跟着老师的节奏走。当然，我也会提醒他上课要有纪律性，认真听老师讲，不能影响到其他小朋友。

Firstly, Sky maybe isn’t interested in the class content.

Because he can focus long time on the things he likes, for example drawing one or one and half hours.

He can walk the maze all over the book,or reading the picture books by himself.

For this point, I think the teacher need to enrich the enjoyment and interactivity for class.

And consciously direct the kids’ thoughts following the teacher’s cadence.

Of course, I will often remark him keep the discipline sense,listen to the teacher carefully and not affect the other kids.

②可能老师讲的SKY听不懂进入不了状态，这个需要我在上课前给SKY做好预习，课后多次复习进行巩固。

平时亲子时间结合上课所学，尽量和他用简单英语交流。每周3个小时，确实无法抵抗其他的165个小时，其实更多的还是需要平时不断地去巩固和运用。

Maybe Sky can’t follow with the teacher and then can’t keep on.

Then, I need preview lessons for SKY before class and review the lessons after class as I can as.

I will try my best to use English to have conversation frequently with Sky in our daily life.

We actually can’t confront the other 165 hours by these 3 hours in the classroom every week.

We must use them and review them frequently time by time in our daily life.

③老师说SKY做手工比较慢，这个在家里我们确实比较少去做手工剪纸之类的，我最近也准备一些材料，多给他尝试下。

Miss Wang said SKY did the handwork very slowly.

We admit we hardly any did the handwork at home,

And I will prepare some materials and let SKY try to do it sometimes.

综上，我目前不赞同给SKY换班级，毕竟他已经和班里的同学熟悉适应了，如果再换班级还需要时间去适应。教育需要老师的刻意引导和父母的持续践行，才能让孩子更好地成长。我想接下去两周再看下SKY的上课情况，如果实在不行，我再同步其他方案。

To sum up, I don’t agree let SKY change the class. Because he has familiar with his classmates and adapted to. He need further some time to adapted to new environment.

I think education not only need the teacher consciously direct the kids’ thoughts but also need the parents keep on practicing, then let the kids grow up well.

I want to see SKY’s class situation of the next two weeks, then decide to the other plans.
