university education

I think that university education should be just available to part of the population. Firstly, the money of universities is limited. If the universities are open to everone, then they can not provide enough equipment or efficient education to students. Secondly, if the universities are limited to people, this will be impulsive to students to work harder, which would be helpful for their study.
