We've all been there 我们都经历过，也可以说 been there, done that 已经做过无数遍了〔表示已对某事失去兴趣〕。同样滴，还可以用 I've been in that shoes 我也经历过。
2 It all sounds overblown
听起来很浮夸， 很夸张

这句话形容成功率很低，后半句话写的蛮幽默滴，还没有我去拉斯维加斯赢钱的几率高呢。
abysmal 糟糕的，需要注意发音/ə'bɪzməl/， 这个小词很好用。比如，糟糕的电影 an abysmal movie, 糟糕的演出 an abysmal performance. 也可以用它的同义替换suck.
形容机会渺茫的表达有：slim, slight, an outside chance
50%的机会：fifty-fifty chance
大好机会：big chance
不可能：no chance, fat chance
4 Congratulations! You are now Mini Habits approved.
You are XXX approved 有资格做sth。比如，你可以成为一个早起的人，You are now morning person approved.
很喜欢作者说的这一句话，我们不要想着我们我们到什么什么阶段可以做某件事情，其实我们一直都可以开始做某件事情。

WD-40在这里指的是润滑剂
这句话写的十分的形象而且很有画面感

on the spot 立刻，马上
我不得不马上去超市 I have to go to the supermarket on the spot.
需要注意的是：on the spot 还可以表示在现场或者是在原地。另外，weak spot 有弱点的意思，也可以表示十分喜欢。比如，我特别喜欢吃冰淇淋 I've always had a weak spot for ie cream

leverage 除了y用杠杆的意思，还可以表示充分利用。

10 注意固定搭配：no matter how you felt, you knew you could take action, reach your goals, form good habits, and change your life?
一个词不能光认识，还要知道它的固定搭配。不能是你觉得 ～develop a habit = drug habit

shy (用于名词之后构成形容词)表示“不喜欢…的”“竭力避开…的” 不喜欢照相的人 a camera-shy person, 躲避工作 work-shy 不喜欢英语 English-shy，...-shy 是一个很好玩的表达 ～
be shy of 表示欠缺，我差一点点就有100英镑了 I am a little shy of 100 pounds.

window还可以用来表示一丝丝机会，固定搭配是 window of opportunity

我自己决定滴，latitude 表示纬度，但也有选择的自由，回旋余地的意思。想到 I am taken 这个表达名花有主。

lodge这个小词可以表示铭记，留存，留存在心中 lodge in my mind

handsome作为形容词表示数量大的，可观的，一大笔利润就可以说a handsome profit，同时也可以表示大方的，慷慨的，give sb a handsome compliment 赞美某人一番。handsomely的同义词有princely （adj）和profoundly
