Sleepless Autumn Night

秋色荷塘艳，
Autumn lotuses are gorgeous in the pond
野田稻菽香。
Rice and beans smell sweet in the fields
金风频送爽，
Cool breezes of autumn blow frequently
月下好乘凉。
It’s good to enjoy the cool in the moonlight
青梅时牵手，
We were childhood sweethearts
别意总难忘。
Apart as we are, our affection is unforgettable
今宵身何处，
Where are you at this fabulous night
把酒问婵娘。
Raising my wine cup, I ask the moon above
但愿情长久，
May our deep feelings be everlasting
千里共蟾光
To share the moonlight, though far apart
