Doing Well Whatever You Do

Yesterday I had a talk with my best friend about my new job. It is said that there is a great contradictions among the departments in the company which I will go into, so I don't know what will happen in the future. My friend told me that doing well whatever I do and ignore anyother else. And she also told me that do not search this kind of information from the internet.

To some extent, I think what my friend told to me is right. For most of people, the purpose of working is only for money. So, maybe the persons who are on good relationship will have a great contraditions after one's promotion or pay rise. It is the reflection of the real-society. There is no friend but interests in the workplace. If the boss or the leaders have a great power, he can bring all the persons together so that maybe such influence will be minimized. on the contrary, if the boss or the leaders are also the persons who just consider themselves, maybe such influence will be exaggerated.

I have worked for 8 years, and I have met only one boss who comes from another company can manage employee' relationship well by his virtue of personality. But after his death, the company has changed another boss, and then the workers in the company disintegrated like a mass of sand. That boss who have great virtue of personality is still living in my mind and in his worker's mind. It's my honor to meet such a boss in my life, even though he was not my boss.

I think it is normal that a company have the phenomenon of infighting, because most of people just work for money including the boss. Where there are interests, there will be contradictions. So, no matter how the external environment changes, still keep your  inner states in peaceful, clear the purpose of your work and doing well whatever yo do, that is enough for a work which you just want to earn money from it.
