English Collocations in Use Adva

今天学的搭配，有两个容易用错：

1. 工作压力大 under _______ pressure, 不是 under high pressure, under large pressure 而是 under a lot of pressure, under considerable. A lot of 是百搭表达，不太确定用什么，用a lot of 出错的几率会小些。

2. 一个动词后面跟两个介词，很多人会不习惯，come up with an alternative, live up to expectations, 这样的表达值得单独作为一类积累。

自己出错的表达：

3. Take priority=become the most important thing
   Winning the war took priority over everything else.

4. Put together a CV 比 write up a CV, prepare a CV 更地道。

5. Carve out a niche 固定搭配，不常用就容易忘。Create a niche, find a niche 也可以搭配。
