First things first... SMILE. No matter what you currently think or feel about yourself and your situation, be mindful of those less fortunate than you, and appreciate everything that you have already achieved. The fact you are here, with the time and resources available to improve your health, suggests two things: 1. You are more fortunate than many others. 2.
