How to overcome depression

  I thought I have the right to write about this topic.

  1Face it is a must. You must admit that you have this problem. People can solve the problem only to realize it.

2 Some suggestions. Do sports. Have talks with friends and relatives. Sleep is a must even taking some melatonin. Reading or making yourself have some habits more  15minutes a day will do good!
