Quality in a product or service is not the supplier puts in.
It is what the customer gets out and is willing to pay for.
A product is not quality becuuse it is hard to make and cost a lot of money, as manufactures typically believe. This is imcompentence.
Customers only pay for what is of use to them and give them value.
