As a host

When I was assigned to be one of the facilitators for the Taskforce called post-90s club, I knew I would organize some of activities, such as face to face communication with bosses, have lunch with president, socially useful activities, and so on.

It’s a good chance to exercise my hosting ability and improve my presentation skills, especially to work with team members and cross-functional colleagues who are younger than me or holding high level positions. It’s challenging for me to manage my boss well to balance my workload.

Then I have a series of plans to support me to be a good host.
