yes.I like sleep .Early to Bed,Early to Rise-Nothing makes it harder to concentrate than sleep deprivation.

Im light sleeper.Nearly anything will wake me up,therefore, I need a very quiet room.

but for me, If something doesn't work out or is out of my control, I don't sleep well at night because I think about it all the time

I dream,but neither talk nor walk.There are many reasons for talking in your dreams, which may be caused by stress or sadness or hapiness.

Yes.Often ,especially if the TV is showing the Korean plays
yes,the siesta is essential to life,especially during the summer.
