2019-06-05 CISCO NCS-5501与华为NE05

在配置思科NCS-5501与华为NE05E ISIS互联的时候，碰到一个问题，两边配置看起来都没问题，但是ISIS邻居就是起不来。
仔细研究了配置手册，发现原来问题出在这里，CISCO XRv 在配置address-family ipv6 unicast的时候，选择配置single-topology，相关的ISIS接口上必须要有IPV6地址才行。
