中性检测

使用PopGene 1.31版软件(Yeh等人1999)中实施的Manly算法(1985年)对各组和亚组进行了Ewens-Watterson的中立性测试(Ewens 1972;Watterson 1978),以调查整个基因座的选择性中立性。这是为了测试观察到的纯合子(计算为等位基因频率的平方和)是否明显高于或低于中性预期下的模拟预期纯合子,并可以提示选择是否在人群中的特定基因座上进行(Ewens 1972;Watterson 1978)。

file→load data→co-dominant marker datayou→选择确定。

分析

co-dominant→diploid data:

勾选
注意这里一定要选分层结构(hirarchical structure),然后勾选neutrality test。然后一路确定。
