Challenge the rules

I reflected my behaviors after work today.  My colleague obeyed the morals and rules to take away the order from me. To be honest, I didn't want to argue with them but they challenge our company's rule again and again. 

If I yield to them, they will challenge the rules more and more fiercely.

If the rules are not perfect, bad guys will grab the hole and use it to win benefits for themselves.
