美食图书馆+如果在冬夜,一个旅人:是朵颐,还是饕餮?
这是一次从广州出发的环球美食之旅,这一路上我们跋山吃山涉水吃水,可能会大快朵颐钟鸣鼎食,也可能会任情饕餮餐风饮露。
虽然很久很久以前广州是一个古代官员逢谪必变色的所在,但是从海上丝绸之路开始也是五湖四海交流之地,有交流就有碰撞,除了碰撞还有美食。
粤菜是我国的传统四大/八大菜系之一,粤菜主要由广州菜,潮州菜,客家菜组成。

台湾之后飞日本,转韩国,朝鲜就不去了,往东三省走,坐西伯利亚铁路横穿欧洲,先俄罗斯再波兰,去北欧三国,再从荷兰一路南下,德国吃根香肠喝瓶酒就直奔意大利,然后在法国停留久一点,毕竟世界三大菜系是中法土,西班牙的斗牛犬餐厅,从北非绕回来,经过埃及到土耳其,横穿南亚大陆到东南亚,从云贵川沿着长江南下,一直到上海,沿途收集各个城市的关于美食的书,最后回到自己的家,妈妈做的柴火灶。
